What are your delivery charges?

We charge £5.99 for orders of value up to £80, £8.99 on orders of value between £81 and £150, and £12.99 on orders over £150.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. We always inspect all orders carefully before dispatch.

When will I receive my goods?

Orders received by 12.00pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the following day for delivery in 1-2 working days (for in-stock items), but please allow up to five working days to receive your goods.

Can you deliver outside the UK mainland?

Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

We can deliver items to another address. Please specify a different delivery address in the notes when you check out. Please note that a receipt will only be sent to your billing address.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo and JCB cards securely through the PayPal merchant shopping cart system. All secure information is assembled on PayPal secure servers.

Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event that any items do not meet your expectations, please use the following procedure to return them:

1. You can return items for any reason within 14 days of dispatch. There is no need to contact us to return items.

  • Please ensure items are returned in an unworn condition with all the original tags still attached, accessories and packaging.
  • If trying shoes on, please do so on a carpeted floor or rug, as we cannot accept shoes back with scuffed soles or heels.

2. Fill-in the returns form on the bottom half of your receipt, noting the reason for return, sign and date it.

3. Address the parcel as follows:

4. Post the parcel back to us.

We recommend you send returns by recorded post and always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Buckles at your own expense.

5. On receipt of the items back from you, we will refund your credit card within 7 days.

6. This refund and returns policy acknowledges your statutory rights as a consumer.

Is this a secure website?

All sensitive personal or financial information is secured on PayPal secure servers by industry standard 128 bit encryption. This means that your information is safe from hackers and any unauthorised third party. Please read our Privacy Policy to find out more about security.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Out-of-stock items are clearly indicated on the website. On rare occasions there may be a discrepancy. We will inform you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Why haven't I heard back from you?

Generally speaking, emails should be received from us within a few minutes after we've sent them. If you haven't, it could be for one of these reasons:

  • The Internet is very busy. Please wait up to an hour before checking again.
  • Your e-mail address is incorrect. Please double check it.
  • Spam filters are blocking our e-mails. Please check your junk/spam email folders to see if our emails are in there. Add ladiessmallshoes.co.uk to your approved sender's list. Free email accounts such as Hotmail and Yahoo often block valid emails.
